Our Slumber sleep training program involves six 45-minute webinars over the course of 10 weeks. You get the tools and training needed for your best sleep.

  • ‘Whoop’ brand HRV wearable device.

  • One year subscription to Whoop online app and community.

  • Six 45-minute webinars (via zoom) and/or in-person classes in Park City, UT. Webinars are weeks 1, 2, 3, 4, 6, & 9. In the webinars, we train you through ten sleep improvement modules following an order designed to progressively improve quality and length of sleep. Webinars available to participants for future review.

  • Two 30 minute one-on-one consultations.

  • Online community for accountability, peer-learning and sharing results.

  • Video and email copies of training sessions and weekly lessons.

  • Daily tips and motivation.
