Six 45-minute webinars (via zoom) and/or in-person classes in Park City, UT. Webinars are weeks 1, 2, 3, 4, 6, & 9. In the webinars, we train you through ten sleep improvement modules following an order designed to progressively improve quality and length of sleep. Webinars available to participants for future review.
Two 30 minute one-on-one consultations.
Online community for accountability, peer-learning and sharing results.
Video and email copies of training sessions and weekly lessons.
Daily tips and motivation.
