One on one coaching to solve sleep issues and increase health & performance.

Insomnia can be a particularly personal challenge and personal coaching can make a big difference. By Starting with your goals, we go through a process of elimination to find out what factors are preventing a good night’s sleep and you waking up refreshed most days.

To eliminate guesswork, we provide clients with a Whoop wristband and sensor which is designed to be worn continuously.

We recommend four 45 minute sessions which can be done online, on phone or at our facility in Park City, Utah. The sessions are a combination of reviewing your schedule, lifestyle and day-to-day commitments, as well as studying the data from your wearable device. During the first session we identify action steps which you can use to see improvement within a few days. We will create recommendations based on a priority order of evidence-based factors such as activity, exercise, diet, lifestyle, environment and exposure to light and temperature. We work with you to create a road map to great sleep with specific objectives and milestones over the first four weeks.

Each session we review progress and identify new suggestions to bring you closer towards the expectation of refreshing sleep. At the end of four sessions, we’ll have covered our entire curriculum and will support with updates, tips, and recommended areas to focus on moving ahead.

Most people see and feel significant results in the first 30 days, and if the new actions and habits are maintained, the goal is to be able to return to consistent and regular quality sleep within 90 days.

The foundation of our method is data and collection and analysis using a Whoop brand wearable device to track Heart Rate Variability and other data.
